After touring two member gardens in July we gathered for our annual summer luncheon.
Several of us won prizes (potted plants) for our beautiful hats! Happy gardening!

Indian Hills Garden club is located in the southwestern corner of Michigan. We are a group of over 40 people from St. Joseph, Benton Harbor, Stevensville and surrounding areas with common interests in gardening. We aim to further gardening knowledge by providing education, resources, and network opportunities for our members and community. We have been active since 1929!

How a Dahlia Farm Feeds the Soil
& its Gardeners

We will tour the Life Blooms Dahlia farm with owner, Dr. Lois Lello-Burns. She will share how to prepare the soil for abundant blooms and tell us how her garden was designed to benefit mind, body and soul. Park at the edge of the Auto Zone parking lot and walk towards the greenhouse and dahlia farm between the plaza and Neighbor to Neighbor stores.
